Who is responsible for filling in the data base after each evaluation and certificate delivery ?

Each organisation has to do this, with their own Excel file. At least once a year, or after each evaluation, the partner transfers the data to the national head office.

Who is in charge of the common database?

One partner in each country is in charge of the collection of the anonymous data about all the certificates delivered by this country. This partner is the one that is also in charge of the original copy of the memorandum. There has not yet been an agreement on who is in charge of the statistics.

How do we guarantee protection of personal data?

Only data without names will be transmitted to the common national or European files. If a partner wishes to check whether a person really has got a certificate, he/she will contact the organisation that delivered the certificate (information available on the certificate).
